Freeze dried bloodworms for carnivorous fish?

Only ever feed your fish 'Blood worms' 1-2 times a week since they are not very nutritious to the fish, Especially a Carnivorous fish. Hawk fish much rather prefer live food than flakes. I have heard it takes time for them to get used to flakes and won't eat the flakes the first few tries. Try looking up about feeding it flakes. If you want to feed it live food, try feeding it live 'Brine shrimp' or 'ghost shrimp'. 1 A day i'm guessing. Good look!
