I have got a really bad head after i hit my head ?

yesterday i went to the fair and was on a ride were it spinns round really fast and you stick to the wall my head was kind of bieng squshed against the wall it seemed fine until a few hours later the back of my head started hurting.today i have got like a small swallen lump on my head my ears keep going wierd as well (like going silent then i hear a buzzing noise in them) and i am really tierd last night i went to sleep and today i woke up with a even worse head ach the lump on my head really hurts when i touch it ! does any one know what this could be ?? btw i am 14 if that has got anything to do with anything.
