Is it possible to call someone and get their phone to ring when it's on silent?

I've been trying to call someone and I know for sure she put her phone on silent i tried calling her like 5 to 10 times it's really urgent this topic can't wait. is there a way i can get her phone to ring when i call her? She normally picks up always or answers my texts pleaseee help me!
