My hubby and I will be vacationing with 12 carnivores (yikes!). We will be staying on an small island where?

grocery stores are hard to come by and expensive when you do find one. There is one in the group who is in charge of the menu and although she will try to accommodate us I'm sure most of the funds collected will go towards burgers, chicken (you know) and the like. How would you handle the situation? Should we opt out of contributing for the foods and just buy our own groceries or just be happy with whatever comes our way. We don't want to give the impression that we are having our own little party exclusive of theirs. We don't want to offend anyone, we love them all, in fact it is our cottages they have been invited to.
