What is the show about myths and legends?

Me and my friend love watching this show,but she is in Wisconsin and I can't remember the name!It is a show about real video tapes for myths and legends such as:Zombies,Carnivore Creatures(that's not what they're called,I just can't remember there name either),and other myths such as those.I love watching those,but I don't want to wait for her to get back so I can ask her.I can't remember the channel it was on,but all I know is it isn't Monster Quest.I need to know the name ASAP.
