Anyone good with computers PLEASE help! :)?

I recently downloaded a PC game (Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter) and I wanted to play it, however I could not open it with any of my programs. Does anyone know what program I need to be able to open this game? How can I download this program? Thanks:)
