Why do they give me so little bit hours at my part-time job?

I started working at Domino's a week ago as a customer service representative (taking customer orders). I know that it's a part time job, but I think they should give me at least 4 hours in one day. But instead they give me like 3 or 2 & 1/2 hours each day. I know it's because those are their busiest hours when they need someone to help with the orders, but I think it's ridiculous to have to waste the gas that it takes to get to work just to get paid minimum wage for 2 or 3 hours. Has anyone ever been in a situation like this before? Did they eventually increase your daily hours at Domino's, and if so, how long did they take?

Would it be possible to purchase HEB fully cooked brisket in bulk?

I am trying to budget out a wedding reception. Aside from the reception hall, food being the biggest cost. We will have a Large BBQ pit just outside the main doors of Red Bud Hall (Texas Old Town, Kyle Texas) We would like to buy the HEB fully cooked brisket. So some total stranger passerby stopped tonight as I was walking to my car and said he wanted to make sure I was okay because I looked "pissed off" when I was trying to avoid not looking pissed off. (I have really bad facial tics when I am insecure.) I am crazy, but I'm tired of people giving me funky looks and them treating like I'm homicidal or have Asperger's or something. I never want to hurt someone, and when I feel like I have hurt someone, I almost always have this guilty conscience that eats me up. It's like I can't go anywhere in public without feeling like everyone is looking at me and judging me. The stranger asked, and I told him what had happened, and he started walking away and he just said "You got it. I have faith in you." I don't have it. I loved my job up until now. I have been taking care of this lady who has had 6 seizures since February while I was taking care of her. The first 3 before today were no big deal. The ones today were scary. She usually screams "HELP ME" before she has one, and I rush to help her. The first one today she was eating and had food in her mouth, and I thought she would choke. The second one was scarier. Her seizure lasted 4 minutes and she was confused for way too long (8 min) and her family and I didn't know if she was coming back or not. Then when I was filling out the report about 15 minutes after the bad one where she started seizing before she said "help," I thought we were going to lose her and she didn't come out of the confusion for 15 minutes. All these were all in a less than 2 hour timeframe. After her last one, she just coughed or something, and I got startled and thought she'd have another one. Then her family and I talked outside, and I thought I heard her scream, I panicked and told him I thought she was having another. On my way home, I got 2 minor startle responses when driving. Thought I was going to hit a pedestrian and then I thought someone was going to run into me when most people wouldn't think that. I have a therapist, but I'm afraid of everything. I don't know if I can work anymore. I'm so afraid she might die. And I start to feel angry 6 hours into my shift at the one where I sit there and do nothing important and I feel like I will blow up/lose control. As far as I know, everyone wants me to stay at my caretaker job. Boss is impressed/surprised. Family does not want me to leave. The lady I take care of seems to really care about me, and she gets sad when I tell her I can't be there forever. I don't feel like going anywhere. I don't even like going out to eat anymore because people always look at me weird. Everything stresses me out. I have really bad anxiety, but now I'm afraid I might have PTSD, and I don't know what I can do if anything. I was going to nursing school, but I'm so terrified I might accidentally not do my job right and someone will die because of it and I'll have all the incidents replaying in my mind where I could have saved someone. And I have to deal with me ex bf trying to convince me I'm the greatest person in the world and that he really does care while calling me an asshole who overanalyzes and freaks out way too much. 8 calls between 3am and 10am while my phone was on silent and then him saying I was breaking my promises and leaving him. "Fine" trying to convince himself. He tells me to "GO AWAY! Forever!" and then 15 minutes later texts back with "Hello, C******??" If you're curious, see my last Yahoo question. I don't know who to share things with. People are running away from me it seems, especially after tonight. I feel like my stomach is up between my sternum and my heart has a hole in it. I have these terrible sexual thoughts, and my ex has been trying to claim the right to my entire body just because we ****** (he's territorial like this with all his exes he's had feelings for. Even pissed one of his ex's carpet when he came over and found another man in her presence.) I have to have some kind of sexual release to feel normal. I don't feel like I can orgasm anymore. I want to sleep with someone but am so afraid that I'll get treated like **** by my ex and whoever I decide to sleep with, and they might be the best friend I have, and I don't want to **** things up. Burrito recipe to be frozen?

I found a burrito recipe that says they can be frozen individually. I want to make it because my hubby is a fan of those burritos you can buy in the freezer section and I know I can make them better, healthier and cheaper. :) The question is, the recipe has no meat and I wonder if I can add ground beef or chicken and still freeze them the same? Why did my cat suddenly die?

I am completely devastated. So I went to bed around 4 am the other night and I heard a commotion in the living room. I assumed this was my two cats chasing each other like usual. I got up to see what they were doing and saw my cat Domino frantically trying to open the cupboard under the bathroom sink. He got it open and jumped in there. I crouched down to see him and noticed that he was on his side and he started twitching violently. I was going to pick him up to rush him to the animal hospital but he wouldnt stop shaking so I didnt touch him for a minute. Then his head went back and his paw twitched a few more times then he stopped moving. I started crying hysterically hoping he was not dead but I just knew. Then I noticed his eyes were wide open and he was not blinking. I literally saw the life go out of him and I knew he was dead. I cant understand why this happened. He was only 8 years old and I loved him so much. I didnt even know if he was sick the only thing out of the ordinary was that he got kind of skinny. I didnt think anything of it because his weight would fluctuate so much. I just feel so terrible I dont know if theres anything I could have done to save him. Why would a cat just suddenly die?

There are some newer furminators that are made specifically for short haired dogs and those work really good. Fish oil is good for skin and coat, so you might want to resume that though this is not going to stop shedding. We use fish oil caps made for humans. There are shampoos designed for easing shedding and pet stores sell those. Furminator probably makes one as well. A good daily brushing helps. Then you can bathe your dog monthly or every six weeks and after the bath, towel dry the dog. In fact, there are bathing gloves or tools (rubber bath brushes that grip loose hair while you are bathing, trapping loose hairs.) That helps a lot too.

I think I want to go back to eating red meat?

Eat meat if you want - there is no law against it and if you buy freedom farming or organically reared meat the animals have lived a decent life. Other than that you need to increase your intake of eggs, cheese, pulses and if you still eat them fish and chicken. Just eating red meat again won't cure your dietary deficiency you need to look at your entire diet and increase your protein intake across the board.

So for the past 3 months, just about every time he wants to buy some, he comes up, tries to manipulate me with hugs and kisses and of course I say it is okay, I have been so lenient and okay with it cause he has had the respect to ask me. Yesterday, he dawns on me that "it doesn't matter what you say, yes or no.. I am going to do it anyway cause I neeeeeeeed it, my job sucks" I said "so why did you ask me in the first place!" he said "cause you asked me to, so you would think your opinion is valid when it really isn't, you can't control me, I am going to do what I want, and when I want, you have no say" I said " I don't want to control you, I just don't like you doing it! What, you think I wanted you to ask me cause I just wanted to hear the words?" After all that, with no solution, we played the silent treatment, went to his moms for a feast, at this time he was starting to be nice to me, as if he was going to be sorry. On the way back, we drove to walmart and parked right along side his Cousins car (his cousin was in the car) my fiancee hands me a 20$ bill and asks me to go shopping for food, I look dumbfounded as to why we are here, then he gets out of the car to get into his Cousins car and I go "are you kidding me? After this huge, unsolved argument that took the whole day you are going to go smoke up in your cousins car and send me to buy milk and eggs.." he goes "yup, well if you want to buy cookies, go ahead, I told you I am going to do what I want, see you in a bit". So now I am infuriated by his audacity, who is in the wrong here, and who is in the right, if anyone, just be honest. I need someone to make sense.

Why did god make carnivores have to kill animals and why did he make their prey die in slow and painful ways? Why did god create suffering? There is a difference between animals and plants, its consciousness and a fully developed central nervous system, but even then, why did he have to make animals kill at all?

Her doggy bed is in my room and she was just laying there a little droopy eyed and it seemed to me like she was completely at rest and just falling asleep, i saw nothing too strange and then i look over again and my girl is completely silent, paralized and cunvulsing,her body was contorting backwards, foaming at the mouth. was very obviously unconcious and having a seizure..all i could do was repeatedly call her name and eventually about a few minutes later she was still seizuring but she starting snarling and barking and snapping at us of course not being aware of any of this....she continued to convulse and bark but was trying to come around..and she made it on her feet but was frantic as i was but she was still convulsing and falling down..she was dizzy and falling over for a few minutes after that. She did have a potty accident during this. the episode lasted about ten to 12 minutes altogether and it was so disturbing and completely devistating to witness...and then now she is fine and loving like her normal self...and she was just anxious and very confused after and now she is just exhausted and is sleeping...of course we called the vet hospital and they said to watch her for any kind of abnormal behavior and bring her in if so....are their any vets who can give me more opinions or people with the same experience? This has never happened before to her and Im just scared for her and i need some answers...please help!

Why should I get a ferret?

Why did I have this dream?

Ok well this morning/last night I had a really weird dream, it started with me being at the libary with my schools libarian Mrs. Smith. And I was renting this awesome book about star wars or something, and then I left and my mom drove me to this place that looked like the therapy office in mizzou. Then the rest got really crazy, I got outside of the building with my cousions javante and jamon and it turned out we were on top of a space ship, we looked like we were in star fox. Then My cousions fell of the ship and I found a little mini ship to go catch them, Then when I thought all hope was gone My uncle, Uncle jason came and he was flying and he came and catched them and brought them up, then he gave me the power to fly just like him and we flew into a intergalactic space hanger. Inside of the hanger was a slide that reminded me of when I was in the happy place or whatever at mc Donalds, just there was dominos all over the slide. I slid down the slide with my cousins and my uncle and we walked down all these tubes then we were back and my dad said "Everytime I went to the bathroom a raido said "you know who else likes saws?" Why do they give me so little bit hours at my part-time job?

I started working at Domino's a week ago as a customer service representative (taking customer orders). I know that it's a part time job, but I think they should give me at least 4 hours in one day. But instead they give me like 3 or 2 & 1/2 hours each day. I know it's because those are their busiest hours when they need someone to help with the orders, but I think it's ridiculous to have to waste the gas that it takes to get to work just to get paid minimum wage for 2 or 3 hours. BRIGHT LIGHT IN THE SKY AT NIGHT!! 2011!!?

Today i was sitting on my front porch in the dark looking at the stars, CLEAR SKY and i look to my far right and see a super bright light, brighter than the stars and it didn't have helicopter like qualities, no wings on it just a silent light and it started out moving straight forward then at a sideways angle (or moving right) but it was only one light so you would be able to tell if it was a turning plane but this was not, and i have been watching these 2 helicopters with red lights circling my whole area in like a square formation for over 2hrs and one of them are super sky high in the air and one is lower, and it can't be a satellite because it was moving to slow, it lasted for about 3 or 5mins then i came in the house to get my camera sense it was moving so slow then i came back out and it vanished (i know it sounds weird) but i was looking right at it when i put my camera up to take the picture and nothing and it started around 9pm now it is 10:30pm now (Chicago).

Computer from headphone jack to aux only plays out of right speaker on 5.1 system?

Alright so heres my problem - i have a headphone jack hooked up to my aux on my dvd player (which connects to my surround sound) the dvd player and surround sound system is a phillips or whatever. anyways, i have it connected and it plays loudly out of the front right speaker, the sub plays but is quiet, the front left is the same as the sub and the two back speakers as well as the center are silent. the system works well on my xbox (from the xbox to the tv via hdmi cable, then RW to the tv section of the dvd player) i also have this same issue when doing a similar connect from the laptops headphone jack. any ideas would be appreciated thanks ^_^

I have been with my husband for 5 years, married 1. Need some advice on my symtoms and pregnancy!?

Hi I took a pregnancy test about a month ago that said possitive and had sex with my boyfriend the same night. I woke up spotting and bled a little more for 2 days and spotted for another day. That sounds like acid reflux. Most ulcer symptoms are a feeling of intense hunger upon awakening in the am but no stomach growling. Since its in your throat, acid reflux is my thought. I had throat and nose problems and my doc said it was acid coming up at night and causing the damage. Any highly processed foods can really throw the acidity in your stomach off. Try drinking lemon water for a few days and eating some non sugary yogurts and even better kefir. If no improvement, then see a doc. Also, try not eating for 2-4 hours before going to bed. I find that when I eat late, that I always wake up with a weird stomach.

Silent Hill - cant load saved game on ps2 from ps1 memory card?

Ok so I have a PS2 and decided to get Silent Hill for the first time. Loving the game but didn't realise you cant save a PS1 game to a PS2 memory card. So I bought a PS1 card off ebay, and left the playstation on for 4 days until it arrived, inserted the card and could finaly save my game. Even saved it twice in fact, so I know for sure that it had saved. So i switch off the playstation 2 for a couple days and now when i fire it back up, there is no "continue" option on the screen. No probs I think, and look for a "load game" option somewhere. Nothing of the sort anywhere. So i fire the PS2 up into the dashboard and browse to the memory card which shows as being unformatted? Can anyone shed any light on the problem? I know for a fact the game saved? I'm waiting on the missus to dig out her old PS1 to try it on that but if anyone knows what's going on please shed some light! Thanks!

I cant update anything on app store?!?

Ok, i have a 4g Ipod touch. I check my updates for the App Store daily. I noticed i had 2 apps needed to be updated: Facebook and Carnivores. I clicked update, and it said "Invalid adress. Sign in" So i signed it. It came up with the page that asks name, address, etc. Same thing as when you first sign up for itunes on the Ipod touch. anyway, after that, it didnt update. So i pushed update again, and the same thing popped up. Same steps. It wont let me update anything now. Its a never ending cycle! Please help!!!

Woke up to strange light figure in my room?

I woke up abruptly last night at around 2:30 am because I had gotten a text and the ringer was really loud under my pillow.. and im a light sleeper anyways, and right when i opened my eyes the first thing i saw was in the far corner of my room there were i'm guessing.. about 15 balls of light forming a perfect circle and inside were even smaller balls of light forming a smaller inner circle.. the big ones were i guess.. about a dimes size? my room is painted a dark color and i have complete black drapes, my room is in the back of the house, no street lights COMPLETE black room at night. it wasn't something i could have just .. seen because of opening my eyes from sleep.. because it wasn't just the circle figure.. it was actually bright enough to leave a glow in the corner of my room behind it... it was there for about 10 to 15 seconds and then.. gone it didn't fade it was just gone. every night sense i've had this room (for about 3 weeks now) i've felt different always like somethings there. always. i have two cats and they started meowing like crazy outside my room during and after the light was there.. honestly i don't know if this part has anything to do with it.. but the sequence of it all just is too strange to think it doesn't.. after the light went away my dad got up(which never happens in the middle of the night) and he went downstairs for a good ten minutes. he was completely silent.. no doors opened like the fridge or garage or anything no cupboards nothing no footsteps, and i just sat waiting for him to make a noise or anything.. and then i just heard him walking up the stairs. his beds really squeaky like real bad and you can tell if somebody sits on it or actually gets in it, and he just sat, at this point its all still pitch black in my house and then he gets up again and he goes over to my sisters door and stays there (mind you she has a friend sleeping over and their both obviously sleeping, so creepy) .. and then he went to bed. i asked him what he was doing last night and he was like what are you talking about? so idk could have been sleepwalking. the light part in my room was too organized and something other than a bunch of orbs, it was something else. im sure of it. i want to know what this all was.

My fiancee smokes pot and I HATE it, I mean, I have nothing against smokin' folk, but when he smokes, he becomes negligent, ignores me, and gets dependent on it and if he can't find any, he resorts to spice (incense K12) and that makes him downright disrespectful and careless to everything and anything that pertains to me. I asked him ( this was like 3 months ago) if he would be respectful enough to ask me before he just goes off and does it since it is something I really hate. I said "if you have the respect enough to ask if it would bother me, it would really make things a lot smoother". I am not trying to control him, cause he knows he does whatever he wants, I just want him to realize that something that makes me uneasy, should be discussed, as if my opinion on the matter is valid in whether he does it or not. So for the past 3 months, just about every time he wants to buy some, he comes up, tries to manipulate me with hugs and kisses and of course I say it is okay, I have been so lenient and okay with it cause he has had the respect to ask me. On the way back, we drove to walmart and parked right along side his Cousins car (his cousin was in the car) my fiancee hands me a 20$ bill and asks me to go shopping for food, I look dumbfounded as to why we are here, then he gets out of the car to get into his Cousins car and I go "are you kidding me? After this huge, unsolved argument that took the whole day you are going to go smoke up in your cousins car and send me to buy milk and eggs.." he goes "yup, well if you want to buy cookies, go ahead, I told you I am going to do what I want, see you in a bit". So now I am infuriated by his audacity, who is in the wrong here, and who is in the right, if anyone, just be honest. I need someone to make sense.
