Dog Shedding Help.......................?

There are some newer furminators that are made specifically for short haired dogs and those work really good. Fish oil is good for skin and coat, so you might want to resume that though this is not going to stop shedding. We use fish oil caps made for humans. There are shampoos designed for easing shedding and pet stores sell those. Furminator probably makes one as well. A good daily brushing helps. Then you can bathe your dog monthly or every six weeks and after the bath, towel dry the dog. In fact, there are bathing gloves or tools (rubber bath brushes that grip loose hair while you are bathing, trapping loose hairs.) That helps a lot too.
